APPLICATIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS

The Perry Center could use your help! We have many opportunities for volunteer work here at the Perry Center, ranging from mowing the lawn and removing the snow, to cooking supper and spending time with residents. First we need you to fill out this application and drop it off or mail it to the Perry Center.
